FOSTER MFG. CORP. Has extensively updated the LITTLE TOT BUMPER BOAT.
We at this time are introducing a new pump drive system that has eliminated the rotating propellers in the water which have been typically used in the past. The Little Tot Bumper Boat is intended to be a fun, safe, non-intimidating child's ride. With the propeller system gone this makes for a much safer ride.

Foster's new design has addressed some important features sought for a profitable child's ride.
